If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

All new equipment includes a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear of consumable components. Warranty claims must be made directly to us with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
10. Installation Responsibility
Gas fryers must be installed by a licensed and certified gas technician in strict accordance with local building codes, fire codes, and manufacturer instructions. Commercial Gas Fryer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to comply with applicable codes and regulations.
