We want you to be satisfied with your commercial gas fryer purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
• Accompanied by your order number and reason for return

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@commercialgasfryer.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to: 705 W US Hwy 83, Alamo, TX 78516

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your email.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or installed
• Custom or special-order products
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
